Tom Savoy is a multi-instrumentalist/singer-songwriter from the hills and valleys of Western Massachusetts. His over 30 years in the music business is a testament to his depth and experience as a performer and songwriter.
As a performing artist, Tom has thousands of gigs under his belt, predominantly as a singer accompanying himself with his Gibson acoustic guitar. He also regularly performs with The Savoy Trio, adding bassist/vocalist Natalie Savoy and percussionist/vocalist Stan Knappe.
His vast repertoire exceeds 1200 songs, filling rooms with a wide variety and eclectic mix of pop, folk, alt and country. He can deliver a show that includes the familiar folk and pop songs that everyone knows, or pull out his original song list and make you wonder why this song craftsman is not more widely known. In a word he is multi-talented.
Tom might remind you of Richie Havens, Tom Rush, Neil Young… someone who oozes solid musicality and uniqueness yet offers a comfortable, laid back familiarity. He holds your attention and creates a mellow comfortable vibe that warms any room.

Biography
As a multi-instrumental recording artist, Tom and longtime producer/friend Wes Talbot have built an ever expanding catalog of original song recordings over a number of years. In a unique relationship employing two studios, the process begins at Studio 81 where Tom writes all music and lyrics while recording all instruments and vocals. When ready, those tracks are then transferred to Wes’ studio for final mixing and mastering. There are currently 60+ mastered recordings offered in high resolution MP3s posted at tomsavoy.com.
The result is a repertoire of hundreds of eclectic original songs that demonstrate Tom’s unique and vast mix of styles and genres. Taste and style ooze from his songs and audiences always leave wondering why this guy hasn’t “made it”.
In 2016, Tom and Wes formally announced the formation of their own publishing Company, Twelve Days Apart Publishing (BMI). They simultaneously released 4 full length CDs, each featuring 13 original superbly mastered song recordings with full printed lyrics and tasty packaging. That “Box Set” is available in “The Store”at tomsavoy.com , or at live shows. A fifth CD, Higher Road, is currently in production and due for release soon.
It all adds up to a musician who can deliver under many situations. His hundreds of performances per year are testament to his versatility and work ethic. You can depend on Tom to provide the goods for you club, music venue, or concert!
